River Revival 12: The Final Chapter

WHAT IS RIVER REVIVAL:

River Revival, the annual camping and independent music festival collaboration between Splice Records and Saint Arnold Brewing Company, is the most accommodating and exciting festival in Texas history. With pristine campgrounds, the mighty Guadalupe and live music from all over Texas, our goal is to be the most fun music festival that does almost everything different from other events. First off, each admission includes an all-inclusive ticket providing every attendee with the unique experience of not being continuously haggled by steep festival prices. Meals and camping are all included in the ticket price and please feel free to bring your own cooler and camping supplies. With your admission we offer an impeccable food program, amazing music, live art installations and of course we have something most fest do not have... the mighty Guadalupe River.

WHERE IS RIVER REVIVAL:

Once again we are partnering with our favorite campgrounds, KL Ranch Camp On The River and Cliffside in New Braunfels, Texas. River Revival is a great escape from city life as it stretches over 10+ acres along the entire river front property. The campsite price varies based on campsite amenities, size and location on the grounds.

WHO ATTENDS RIVER REVIVAL:

Nature lovers, music goers, river-rats, camping enthusiasts, foodies and festival followers make up the campgrounds. We often hear back from our attendees that the campgrounds are filled with nice and very cool people. Families with children are more than welcome to attend (children age 12 or under are free and do not count toward package capacity). If you choose to bring your child, we highly suggest you select a campsite between sites 70 to 60 On The River or Cliffside as it is the furthest from live entertainment at any hour. No unattended children after 8:00 PM. You will also be required to sign a personal responsibility waiver at check in.

WHEN IS RIVER REVIVAL:

We annually schedule the festival on the last full weekend of September as the river’s peak season has ended and there are less people on the river. The nights are a tad bit cooler, allowing for good tent camping conditions and the river is ideal for when that Texas sun gets high in the sky. 4 Days and 3 Nights - Thursday, September 24 through Sunday, Sept 27.

Gates Open at 1:00 PM on Thursday, 24th (Every Pass and Reservation is for all four days; unless you buy a Single Day Pass)                     

Gates Open at 1:00 PM on Friday, 25th and Saturday, 26th (You can check in on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, but it's the same price)                       

Check-in available until 10:00 PM (unless you're bringing your own RV/Camper, then please arrive no later than 5:00 PM)                       

Attendees can stay as late as 12:00 PM on Sunday, September 27th.

The Texas Trident is the most platinum of premium packages River Revival has ever offered, which is why there are only 1 package available. We handpick these premium site locations where your RV/Camper (sleeps up to 8) will be waiting for your arrival and brimming with enough River Revival swag for everyone. Not only do you get the be the envy of the campgrounds, but you'll host and sit front row at our first full band amplified concert at the new Cliffside stage. The Texas Trident package comes with 10 General Admission Passes but you may add up to 8 more additional people to your campsite (Add x 1 General Admission pass) to site, 18 total/max). There will be plenty of premium camping real estate at your campsite for your entire party to camp comfortably or to set up tents. This package comes with 2 GA passes, a River Side bell tent set up prior to arrival (located between 88-80 at KL On The River), electricity, USB plugs, rug flooring, two chairs, and two cots. Wake up each morning to the ducks gathering around and open the door to the riverbanks. - $1,395 

Single Day Passes are available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday - $145

GENERAL ADMISSION & GROUP PACKAGES INCLUDE: 

FOUR DAYS + THREE NIGHTS CAMPSITE: All campsite reservations are Thursday - Sunday and you can check in on Thursday from 1:00 PM until 10:00 PM; and at 1:00 PM until 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. The event will be over around 1:00 PM Sunday. If you are bringing your own RV/Camper, please do not arrive after 5:00 PM.                       

SHUTTLE SERVICE: For those needing a ride to and from Cliffside, we've got you covered. With state of the art golf carts and *TWO *KL Cliffside buses, the River Revival Shuttle Service has pickup/drop off locations at On The River and Cliffside.                       

FOOD PROGRAM: The steady bounty of nourishment served at River Revival is top notch and a key ingredient to our all-inclusive concept. Once again, we've partnered with Little Kitchen HTX to provide brunch, dinner, snacks and late night munchies throughout the weekend. On Sunday, Little Kitchen HTX will be serving a bountiful brunch to pair with the final musical performance. Six meals included: Brunch (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and Dinner (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). All meals are communal. Brunch is around 10:00 AM and dinner's around 6:00 PM. Even though your ticket is All-inclusive, all campers are welcome to bring their own food, snacks, beverages and supplies.                       

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT: Thursday, the Main Stage starts around 6:00 pm with the Synergy One Stage providing late night shows. Friday and Saturday daytime music is designed to be viewed from your tube in the river while you float back and forth between the Saint Arnold Brewing Stage and the Synergy One Stage. The evening concerts are on the Lawn at the Saint Arnold Brewing Company Main Stage with the Late Night show taking place at the Synergy One Stage. NO amplified music allowed past 11:00 pm on the grounds or at your site. Be kind to your neighbors.      

COSTUME CONTESTS & AWARDS: Every night we'll highlight some of the best dressed in the crowd. Saturday night, awards will be given out for the Best Dressed, Best Hat, Best Campsite, Best in Float Parade, River Couple of the Weekend, and of course, the "Shoulda Been at Woodstock" Award!              

CUSTOM WRISTBAND: Upon arrival and check-in, each attendee will receive a custom wristband granting access to food, river, music and more. Do not remove your wristband.      

FOR THE ACTIVE: Hiking, tubing, morning yoga, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, rope swings and fishing.                       

SHOWERS: The showers at On The River use Tokens now and they are available at the Merch Booth. Cliffside still uses quarters and they are also available at the Merch Booth.

GROUP PACKAGE RESERVATIONS come with an allotment of up to 4 people camping on your campsite, except for the Texas Trident and where otherwise noted.             

THE TEXAS TRIDENT PACKAGE: This package is designed for Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties, or for a group of friends that want to go BIG! It comes with 10 All-Inclusive Weekend Passes (you can add more), a premium RV rental for all 4 days (waiting on your site upon your arrival), a stocked fridge and much much more. There are four packages available for On The River. Price varies by location.             

VENDORS: Sporting a wide range of vendors, there's bound to be something that will catch your eye or to interact with such as clothing shops, thrift stores, bars and more.

ADD-ONS MENU: 

Glamping Experience Upgrade: - $1,095 Rent a Camper/RV from us that will be waiting for you on your site for you at KL Ranch Camp On The River or Cliffside. Prices vary. All campers come with beds (bedding not included), restroom, HEATER/AC, kitchen, fridge and they accommodate 4-6 people comfortably. The campers have very limited supplies and you will need to bring your own bedding, camping supplies, cleaning supplies etc. The RV/Campers are very limited and they sell-out quickly. For bigger Parties refer to the Super Duper Glamping Experience Upgrade or THE TEXAS TRIDENT PACKAGE.             

Super Duper Glamping Experience Upgrade: - $1,495 This package is all about upgrading an upgrade. This new addition to the menu has everything included in the Glamping Experience Upgrade (beds, restroom, HEATER/AC, kitchen, fridge, etc.) PLUS a larger RV/camper that will accommodate 6-8 people comfortably, more rooms, more amenities, more supplies and more special river magic. You will NOT need to bring your own bedding, but feel free to bring your camping supplies. For even bigger Party Packages refer to the THE TEXAS TRIDENT PACKAGE.            

Weekend Tube Rental: - $35 River Retreat is offering a tube rental service at the Merch Booth. They will be available to rent onsite, but here is your opportunity to rent one ahead of the event. A $35 deposit is taken at the Merch Booth when you come to pick up your tube. Rent yours in advance and pick it up when you arrive on the Lawn.             

On The River Parking Pass - $150: To park onsite at KL On The River we require you to have an On The River Parking Pass; otherwise there is plenty of free parking directly across the street. Parking Pass NOT required for Cliffside camping. There will only be 20 in total sold. This parking pass also allows you to sleep in your car. There is no longer a separate Sleeper Parking Pass Option.                  

VIP Seating on The Lawn with picnic table FOR YOU - $195: Reserve the best seat in the house with this picnic table (seats 6) and umbrella upgrade. Your reservation begins each night at 5:00 PM just in time for the communal dinner and live music at the Saint Arnold Brewing Company Stage.             

*Cliffside or On the River Golf Cart Concierge Service* - $400: (For Cliffside or On The River sites 59-68 ONLY) Are you one of the movers & shakers that can't wait for a shuttle or golf cart to pick you up because there are so many wonderful things to do at River Revival and you don't want to miss a single moment? We feel your pain and prescribe for you the Concierge Service. Hey look, we get it: there's a lot to do and you don't want to wait. Nor should you. The Cliffside Concierge Service assigns your group your own personal golf cart driver to come get you and take you to your desired destination. Scheduled pick-ups, drop offs. The service also provides supplies delivery to your campsite from the Cliffside General Store. Need Ice? Beer? Sunscreen? Snacks? Just call the Concierge of Cliffside. We also have some swag surprises and deliveries that comes with this Service. Purchasing this Add-on covers your group of four people.

The Synergy One Stage: all day chill vibes, river entrance for campground floating all weekend, live music, cold beer, and the late late night parties.

CAMPING INFORMATION:

*NEW RV/CAMPER RENTAL POLICY* This year we're handling all of the RV and Camper rentals and providing onsite maintenance (9am-9pm)! In the past we allowed attendees to rent RV's and campers from Third Party vendors that would deliver the RV/Camper to KL Campgrounds ahead of the attendee. For myriad reasons, this has become an untenable arrangement and this change should make the entire experience easier. If you would like to RENT an RV/Camper for the festival and have it delivered and waiting for you, You MUST NOW USE our Glamping Experience Upgrade. Please select either the Glamping Experience ADD ON or the new Super Duper Glamping Experience ADD ON.

This policy change DOES NOT affect those attendees: 

who own an RV/Camper and drive it onto the campgrounds themselves,            

who have rented and picked up an RV/Camper and drive it onto the campgrounds themselves.
